JIO has gained almost all the customers from other leading mobile networks in India. But they have forgotten to give the satisfactory services to it’s clients. They are just giving offers and luring customers but their existing customers are just crying.
I have started using JIO in 2017. Their speed was amazing but now they are not concerned about the customer service. Despite of their device the quality is really poor.
I am getting speed of 2kb to 17 kb on daily basis. I am living a metro city but still speed is the problem.
