Reliance came up with the concept of jio of connecting people with free voice calls.It is a good initiative by reliance group but it is not much reliable.The cconcept is good but it lacks a lot facilities that user wants from any telecom company. The call that we try to connect mostly don’t connect may be due to network issue. The voice don’t sounds up clearly. Most of the times user may sense the disturbance and automatically the calls get disconnected. The calling features are otherwise okay and upto expectations. Since it is free service so everyone is going fancy about it but when the users will get charged for it none would go for jio4gvoice. So the Reliance group has to work on it.
