Hi All, its been observed that the sms service in Jio is having issues that is any SMS sent does not guaranteed to be sent always. So be sure after seding the sms that its sent or not. It might be that you can miss some conversation with your friends and family. I observed thia issue and also many others reported that while playing KBC Play Along the sms is not being sent even if mobile internet is on which ideally should work without that because its sms not any internet stuff still it needs internet that too of Jio. This is a fraud marketing tactics so that all users will recharge . Its also observed that calling does not work if Jio internet is off.
