I bought this JioFI Router last month and started using, it was horrible that I couldnt able to open my G mail even after trying half an hour.
Gio pricing is very less as compared to other network providers ( for 295 they are giving 72 days of 1.2 GB data daily)
But whats the use when u cant use the same. near my office location connectivity is slightly ok but at home I m really finding it difficult to browse itself.
Gio is providing data at lowest price but its of no use when there is no connectivity. Hence I had stopped using the same.
When I called to Customer care the executive mentioned that the issue will be resolved soon but till now no action has been taken as such.
Now I m really frustrated as I paid 2000Rs for the device as well which I cannot use due to the above mentioned issues.
I m totally disappointed and didnt expect this from reputed brand like reliance.
