Product stopped working wothin 4 months, over heating some times not using data balance etc finally stopped working when tried to reset it. Speed is very poor in device than phone. Jiofi is giving me slower speed than 3g. Even the home page of youtube takes more than a minutes to completely load on laptop. I feel like I have wasted Rs 1329 ( 1329 for jiofi and 399 for sim and plan ) . Even through I have complained to jio customer care twice, there has been no action. I am completely disappointed!
