I ordered at Hyderabad. Booking slots or tracking options are pathetic. Even the customer care service is pathetic, it goes round and round with IVR Service pressing a huge list of numbers.
The order given goes to the local Reliance Fresh, for me the nearest is 3.1 km from my residence. The majority of the products that I ordered are not available or applicable in the local store. This means my booking time is wasted and the money that I have online paid is stuck in my account on their app as they dont have a refund option.
Whatever is closest to the item you ordered when the store employees bundle it. Only current store promotions are valid. not the thing you ordered online. Finally, they present a freshly prepared bill based on the most recent retail prices. So its like hesitantly asking the store clerk to supply a list of a few things at his current store prices and specials.
