Ordered on 24 th October, and got a call on 26th October by the delivery vendor that it can not be delivered to my arera, i was told order would be automatically cancelled and money would be refunded. Since then it has been more than a month i am struggling to get my money back.. have done multiple tweets, calls, emails but they are least bothered and always give false commitment of a call back and quick resolution. refer the attached photos to get details
