Worst customer service ever.... Jiomart dont care for their valuable customers.
I am currently facing a bad experience...I have placed an order with multiple items however, apart from all the items one item was about to expired for which I raised a complaint via email and over the phone but instead of getting response from jiomart, I only got emails stated my query has been resolved which wasnt actually. I have called twice and it was the same...I dont know how have they trained their executives who give a damn to the customers... They are illiterate, poor and scripted responses and their watsapp bot is good for nothing, they must stop their service.... Even after on hold for around 25 mins, all I got nothing a big ZERO AND I THINK JIOMART IS ALSO THE SAME...CALL ME ON 987373xxxx...REFUND MY MONEY/ RESOLVE MY ISSUE OR ELSE WAIT FOR SOMETHING BIG NOW...
For my other friends, if u wish to buy from jiomart dont make and pre-payment and whenever u get the products please check every product on the spot before making the payment
