I ordered some groceries along with fruits like orange, banana and papaya. I ordered on Sunday and items delivered on Monday. When I opened the fruit boxes, I saw only black coloured bananas full 2 kg of banana was black, oranges were watering and foul smelling. One papaya totally rotten. Many mails I sent. They send reply as your complaint is resolved. No replacement or refund. Please don’t buy fruits and vegetables from jiomart. .Also I happened to cancel the order once since for about ten days continuously I got message that my order will be delivered tomorrow. But that tomorrow never came
