I ordered some Paperboat brand of Fruit Juice worth Rs 380 on 8 November 23 with expected delivery by 10. On 10th it showed that item is ’out for delivery at 10 am and gave name number of delivery boy. No delivery made and no one turned up to deliver. But at 12.30 the SMS comes that delivery is rejected.Jio mart still shows that it is going to be delivered.They would not intervene and get it delivered or let me know who is delivering. The purpose of ordering is lost. Their help shows that there is no such order placed. Most unhelpful company. Their customer Associate have set sentences to utter and cannot realy help. You cannot escalate up.
Their app has deleted the order but status shows shipped. New date for delivery set for 12 the November 23. That also gone and no delivery. Now the customer Associate says that she is raising a complaint. Back end will attend to it. Still there is no assurance of delivery. Obviously when the item is shown out for delivery and not delivered , it has been either misappropriated or entire exercise is an eyewash and JioMart earns small but multiple amounts this way to make big money. Either way it is a loot.
In short, I rue why I selected to order on JioMart when others deliver in less than an hour.
Big name and immoral act with poor show.
