It is one of tge worstcdecision by jio. Although jio offers free services, but recharging through the jio money is little bit hardwork.App has lot of stuck, hang. I recently tried to recharge my jio number through jio money. In the time of typing otp, the phone got switched off. When I switched on and gone to recharge history to know whether the recharge has done or not.It shows the recharge is done but I didnt get credit into my phone.also it took 300rs from bank. I called to jio money. They didnt picked it.i started to call to jio money from 10 am to 1pm. Still they didnt picked. So its a worst customer service from jio.
design is good but it is diificult to operate.sometimes we need to click twice to open an option.Sometimes history cannot be seen.
Only good feature is the cashback. That is the main reason overalll people using it. But if there any transaction had been fail, it will take long time to get the money back.
its not much usefull for all people. Jio customers can install this.But its not compulsory.because lot of other wallets are offering more discounts than jio money and operation is very easy when compared to jio money.
