Sending FAILED money to bank using JIO money

I am using JIO money for sending money to bank account but my money is not transferring into the bank account,


last time I am doing transaction of 5000 it is  added in to JIO money successfully from my bank account within a few minuet.


But I want to send these money into the another bank account, my all transaction is failed, it says transaction failed or try again later .


I am trying that thing again but only 2000 is send and after that it will says same error transaction fail try again later.


now my JIO money wallet balance is 3000 and I cant send that remaining money to any bank account, I am trying the multiple accounts but money is not transfer.


then I call customer care number 199 they say we are not providing JIO money services, that is another department they told me the customer care number like,

I am trying these number but they said, we are connecting your call to our executive after that, call is disconnected, if call is connect but they are not receive it just ring and disconnect after 30 minutes, i have trying the multiple mobile to call them but they didn’t receive call,


I am trying these process from last 4 days.
