I have tried to use this application quite a few times but it is near impossible. It has too many bugs and glitches.
In January, I download this application and initially, I was impressed with the interface and the looks of it. However, when it comes to usage, this application is very disappointing. I tried to download music so that I could play it offline, but that feature does not work at all.
Even after you download your song, you cannot play it if you are offline. It just won’t play at all, and if it plays, it will just play a time loop of a few seconds.
I tried to reinstall the application but this problem still persisted. Giving up, I uninstalled the application.
After that, in May, I downloaded the application again, thinking that maybe the company had patched all the bugs, however, this problem was still not solved.
Another very big grime that I have with this application is that, Jio claims that you can use JioMusic to set any songs as your called tune, however, almost 65% of the songs on the database cannot be used as caller tune. For most of the songs, the option Set as JioTune is greyed out and you cannot click on it.
All in all, it is a horrible application and I would not recommend it to anyone at all.
