Jio Music app is an online music app which promises to provide a variety of songs to listen online or offline but eventually it fails to keep its promise. I have been using this app for a long time and facing some serious issue while listening to music and thus I am highly disappointed and not recommending this app to anyone.
Slow loading: The songs buffer very slowly even on broadband wifi and cellular data as well. The Jio Music app crashes with slight fall in network which is very ridiculous and irritating at the same time.
Content: Jio Music claims itself to be India’s largest music app containg more than 5 million songs which is actually false. It contains mainly contemporary songs with varities of version. Slightly older songs of 1970s or 1980s are hardly found. I have provided an image where I have searched an older songs but I have not found it.
Features and functions: Features of the Jio Music app is quite confusing to identify. One of its instance is when I went for the download option it downloads in a folder and at the same time it plays online with buffering. Thus it crashes on network.
Layout: Like other Jio apps, Jio Music possesses a backdated layout with slightly bluish background and icons.
The problems that I have faced in this app is not soothing and I donot want anyone to face those. Hence, I donot recommend it to anyone.
