Today with unemployment and recession taking its toll on everyone’s lives they are willing to take drastic measures that may finally make them even more miserable.
I would like to share my experience I had recently that could have ruined my life FOREVER.
I’m a fresher , a B.E from reputed college. I was selected from campus in MNC but later on sacked due to economic crisis in the company before going. Since then I have tried several off-campus interviews, walk inns(over 50) but failed and some I rejected( low salary , poor infra, overtime, long distance.....)
This failing & rejection continued till 5 months- now I got desperate( parents pressure, self realization) so this time I made up my mind to give my best for the next company and accept it at any cost.
This was a marketing job( Emporis Group- client of APPCO).
Ist DAY : simple interview with manager , introduce yourselves , submit your CV and get a call if selected for next round next day.
IInd DAY : Aptitude test (even that a 10th pass out could answer). English test( Q like ; problems of our country & their solutions , define management & success etc) Field test(This was SURPRISE: to go door to door and request the customers to charity on behalf of CIF, CRY INDIA etc- this was a shock for me that I’m an engineer not salesman - after this I was sent back to office and asked about my experience, I answered them truthfully and said I would be called if selected.)
The IInd day was an observation day to (find the fools to take up thisjob).
IIIrd DAY : I was of course called as I made up my mind to ’’join at any cost’’. BRAINWASHING CEREMONY: They told all that I wanted to hear viz. high starting salary 12K which is not possible in any other company as fresher, about phenomenal growth ; I’ll be manager in a year and will earn in Lacs/month that is impossible in any conventional company even working for your entire life. I was given offer letter and said to start next day from 8:00 to 18:00.
I had my doubts so I googled about company Nirvana - the post were an EYE -OPENER and I realized the TRUTH.
NEVER FALL FOR SUCH CHEAP, FRAUD COMPANIES THAT USES OUR INNOCENCE , DESPERATION FOR THEIR SAKE.
They said money goes into charity - bullshit (the manager claims 50%, others under him 30%, I get 10%, 9% for company that gives them back up and other corrupted officials ; banker, police..., finally 1% for poor and unprivileged who are supposed to get 99%)
Believe me the manage earns over 1000rs/day but that is just him.
I knew that to gain I have to work hard and so doing field work over 6 hrs for 6 days/week was the solution, but is it( THEY TEACH YOU HOW TO BEG , BY WEARING NICE FORMAL UNIFORMS -THAT IS THEIR STRATEGY TO MAKE HOUSEWIVES, CLERKS WHO DON.T HAVE ACCESS TO INTERNET
and other sources).
Friend whatever they did to me upto now was acceptable but the money they made us collect on name of CHARITY is basically for themselves is beyond FORGIVENESS.
Sorry for this lengthy description , hence I would like to conclude that PLEASE SHARE SUCH EXPERIENCES AND SPREAD IT AS MUCH AS YOU CAN (I myself was saved because of a post) - THIS WILL SAVE NOT ONLY EMPLOYERS BUT ALSO CUSTOMERS.
CAUTION : They are expanding in our country and have back support from UK( when will they leave us in peace) and conning innocent.
SPREAD AWARENESS - PREVENT CORRUPTION - HELP INDIA
