Jockey India has a good reputation all around but I am unsatisfied with some of its services. The customer service provided by Jockey is just average as other clothing brands.
I don’t have any complaint regarding the quality but as far as the fibre is concerned the pricing strategy is something that Jockey should look on. Delivery timeliness is quite ok. This is a good remark that Jockey products are available on various shopping a website so I would say Jockey has a good facilitation of apps and websites.
I use Jockey products but the reliability seems to reduce because of some facilities or features as I mentioned.
