Very disappointing. I ordered 2 bras using the RealFit system and was really excited to get my order. Unfortunately, they were too small-I had followed the instructions VERY carefully and the RealFit system failed. I called and the customer service rep said no prob, you can send it back and re-order in a larger size. But by the time I returned it and received my refund, the next size up was sold out. And I mean sold out of CANADA! Apparently, they have no plans to ever make that bra style again-they only have 4 styles in total ( so now, 3) . Seriously. When I called customer service all I got was cranky, bored call-centre attitude - If they don’t have it, they are out of stock. They don’t tell us if or when they will re-stock the product. Maybe never. NOTHING on the site says it’s a limited-time offer or style or anything of the kind. Given the crappy customer service rep, I don’t plan to waste any more time trying to spend my money with Jockey. All marketing, no delivery. I’ll spend my money elsewhere, thanks.
