I have ordered jockeys online product . Jockeys delivery partner is not ready to deliver it to me. Instead they want me to go and pick it up . Then whats the use of online purchase I can as well as go to a shop and buy the products . Customer service is Not a good.!

Not working app complaints are resolved without any verification when issue is not solved customer care no one picks up the phone or it is busy when I went in person to act office , complained also no help .the app does not have option to cancel service also .app is a not good working.
