I sent them two emails(wecare@jockeyindia.com) in the past two days. I am getting an automated response saying that a ticket has been created but no further action.


They routinely send you wrong sizes and wrong products(mostly those that are not selling). I have also received defective products from them. Their customer service will then do everything they can to refuse to acknowledge the problem. You will then have to invariably get in touch with their management to get it resolved because customer service has been trained never to take any decision to initiate any refund(they won’t exchange it if it is the wrong size).


This has happened to me almost every time I have bought anything from them online. I am quite sick and tired of their games and will stop buying anything from them altogether.
