Low Quality Products - Not satisfied

I have been a regular customer for Jockey products, since I shifted my buying options from VIP to Jockey. I would buy all of the undergarments for myself and my son.


I have observed that since the last time I bought around 5 undergarments, after about 3 washes the quality of cloth has become really bad, I thought may be I purchased them from a small retail store. Last month my wife bought 2 undergarment and 1 vest for my son. Nothing has happened to the undergarment but the vest quality turned out to be really bad after 2 washing. The stitching has come out and it looks like a duplicate product.


I call the customer service number to let them know about the product quality, they asked me to courier the product to them to Bangalore at my own cost. The RnD team would do its investigation and then revert. This is not a good customer service. The customer has to first buy the product for INR 250 and then spend around INR 100-150 courier charges which will not be reimbursed. Really Bad


I went to the shop and they were also helpless and asked me to send it to Bangalore.I will never buy Jockey in my life.


This is really bad and not a good customer service
