This serial is based on the movie Jodha Akbar that explores the beautiful love story of the emperor of India Akbar and the beautiful Rajput princess Jodha.
The serial starts off on track with Jodha and Akbar getting married for political alliance between the two kingdoms and with time both falling in love.
The serial started off beautiful, only to become a drag. Especially, currently due to no story, they have gone about showing something that is completely irrelevant. Apart from the plot, the characters are quite good. The only disappointment is Akbar, wish he had been more matured looking, with well built body and powerful voice. Jodha’s character has been well played.
