I truly feel we are lucky enough to be alive, to actually receive such a movie in theatres. I have read many people complain about the lenght, but truly arent 99% historical movies made in the world always long...and that’s because one has to understand and appreciate the facts and corresponding finer nuances of the film.
Hrithik and Aishwarya give the performance of a lifetime and honestly none of the contemporaries (SRK, Aamir etc or Rani, Kareena etc) would have been able to do this role to such perfection. Hrithik and AIshwarya transform themselves to the character very well. The cinematography, and music are worldclas and some of the foreigners watching the movie with me said its one of the best they have seen in their life..
The story unfolds at a leisurely pace and rightly so for th characters to develop and the events to unfold. If one goes with the mindset of seeing a 3+ hour moviehe/she can enjoy this tremendously. A.R Rehman has composed probably his careers best (top 3) surely..
Watch in theatres only..ONE AND ALL! Take YOUR FAMILY AND NEIGHBOURS! Its a once in a lifetime opportunity.!
