I bought a 60-16-140 size frame from John-Jacobs(Product ID 100376) with kodak lens at a price of 4143.05 rupees from their website and they have given me delivery date as 26-Sep-2016.
On 17-Sep-2016. I received the courier from John-Jacobs.the packing was awkard.
when I opened the package. I was disappointed to see the following sub standards in the product.
1) Logo "John-Jacobs" was half removed on one side of the frame arm.please check the pics provided above.
2) They have provided me lesser size than what I have ordered(60-16-140). If you can observe the pic where logo john was seen. observe the joint where yellow arm and blue frame are joined. The girth of yellow arm and blue frame are aligned equally and properly. Now please observe the other pic where yellow arm containing size description(60-16-140) is seen. the blue frame girth and the yellow arm girth doesn’t match. It shows that yellow arm girth is more than the blue frame girth. which means the right frame which should fit the correct yellow arm is replaced with much smaller one.
The store has cheated me and provided the correct left arm but the whole other frame is not right size.
3) the product appears to be dim and already used because the wooden yellow glossiness is missing partly.
I would like to ask Mouthshut to provide me with the possible guidance in regards to filing the case. In regards to compensation, inconvenience, legal costs. and other added expenses.
