I opted for their 1 MBPS plan for 6 months.When the plan was due for renewal on 29th Apr 2016, Internet was suddenly down about a week.I thought may be I need to renew the plan.Somehow I decided to go only for 1 month plan as their call center number was constantly not reachable/ busy and whenever u called them it made me listen to some instrumental music.
Even after payment was made online for a month and still Internet was down again for almost a week then I lost my patience and immediately called up local operator and started their internet service.
Their marketing strategy is very smart as in our society they distributed templates regularly and offered very low rates( about 300 p.m. for 1 MBPS Plan against 500 charged by local operator).
I am never going to avail their service again.very unprofessional and irresponsible people not even worried about their customer.
