Worst experience

My husband paid 1 year subscription amount rupees 6490/-to the executive of joister internet provider in narhe pune branch. We got id from them and after clearing cheque they started saying they cant provide connection to my place. Even after 2 months they didnt even took effort of refunding my money back. Even the customer care people didnt guide properly. They just made me wait. After 3 months, finally we decided to file complaint against them. Then Out of fear of getting into legal things they started refund procedure. And due to consistent effort for 3 months from our end we got our money back. This is very disappointing. Worst experience.
