The responsibility of the STATES are to maintain law & order in country, to protect the rights of citizens given by the constitution & to protect them from any kind of corruption.
Though we know how good our law & order systems are, but there is always a hope from our judicial system, people expect to get fair means of judgements from the courts only.
PLOT: Jagdishwar mishra aka jolly aka Akshay kumar, worked for a prominent lawyer in kanpur, he hopes to have his own law chamber despite he was not even regarded as a lawyer.
Also he was indulged in small crimes as he knew that system has no clue only holes.
A widow whose husband was killed in an encounter and that encounter according to her was fake, she asked jolly to help her in meeting that prominent lawyer Mr Rizvi sahab to whom Jolly was an assistant.
Akshay promised her and took 2 lakhs from her but cheated, only to invite a tragic incident of her suicide as hope to get justice was finally shattered, and this left Jolly in guilt.
His conscience was so deeply hurt he decided to file a PIL against this encounter as could be fake.
Move is all about how he fights the system, the court room drama, their comedy & punchlines which is good to be watched.
