I am starting with what’s Good with this movie

What’s bad:-
not much entertaining like the previous part.
The story is like this:-
Jagdiswar Mishra aka Jolly is small layer in Lucknow, he is taking small cases & he is working for a big lawyer in Lucknow. He always wants to became a big lawyer.
He want a lawyer chamber for that. He is set to fight against a big lawyer(Annu Kapoor).
The movie is based on a complicated case that revolves arround Terrorism, Corruption and fake encounters.
Subash Kapoor the director has done a great job
this I a recommended movie for watch.
