Hi there,

Please do not trust Jomso online store, you may face similar issues what I had faced with them:(

1. I had ordered a Saree( Saree cost 1740/- and Shipping Charges 100/-)  in Jomso online store and I received it on 5th May 2017( approximate date) by COD and order id is 1200003505

   
   




2. We had raised a request to return the product after 2 days we received the product, they suggested to buy a new Product as there was no refund policy

   
   




3. We had ordered another Saree with the cost of 1490/- and called them to courier the new Saree, they told to courier the first Saree there went on some discussion like( for first Saree we paid 1840/- and we requested for a Saree which is cost of 1490/- we are loosing 500/-( to return the first Saree 100+/-) so requested them to courier first and provide us order id then we told them we will courier the old Saree  as we need to trust each other and they agreed)

   
   




4. We were waiting for the new Saree order id, as we did not get any update from them, after days we pinged in Whatsapp to know about our new order they told to courier the first Saree:O

   
   




5. We called them very next day, they said sorry you can request for new order only in 7 days from the date order you received, if you cross that limit we will not take the order back as the same had happened with you

   
   




6. We tried to follow up with them many times by calling and in Whatsapp but there is no response from them

   
   

Its a humble request to do not trust this site
