I worked for JP Morgan for 2 years in CIB production team, So far I have worked in many companies, but I have never seen this kind of worst management in my life.
They initially offer you very attractive salary, but don’t fall prey to that.
Managers are so cheap there. You wont be recognised if you don’t maintain good relationship with them, Relationship means, you have to do whatever they say, they don’t open for suggestions.
And worst of all, they ask(beg) for good feedback for them from employees who are close to them and give good appraisals for them.(Outstanding culture isn’t it?)
if they are closing team for any of the reasons, they will threaten you to take some job which you don’t like, even if you are waiting for some feed back from other team about your internal intw.
So guys, my sicere advice is JP Morgan is only good for brand, It will not help you for your career. So please keep this mind when you selecting JP Morgan as your work place
