PF Transfer didn’t happen from JP Morgan Trust after claiming the same in August 2025. Its been 3months and there is no response, The third party service provided gave me Annexure K and my present company asked for the UTR or NEFT details of the transaction. I have every right under India RTI act to ask for information about my own hard earned PF money. With due respect, through your platform I want to bring this issue to the higher authority’s attention.
But they gave a vague reply saying as follows -

My name is Shruthi. Thank you for reaching us. We would like to assist you regarding PF Transfer Out
We would like to inform you that your Transfer out request is processed, and the Annexure-K is also shared
to your personal E-mail ID, the UTR details we are not able to provide the particular one case we received the
UTR details in bulk.
As per your request once again we are attaching the Transfer out Annexure-K for your reference.
