Today I would like to share my work experience based on my tenure with JP Morgan Chase.
I joined JPMorgan chase, Magnus Tower, Malad, Mumbai. through a consultancy in the year 2008.
I had worked with JPMorgan for 4 years.
I am not working anymore and not looking for any change.
So below are a few things that I would like to share with you all.
JP is the highest pay Master in the market. If you are selected you can be rest assured that you will be offered the best package as per your eligibility. You will never have any complaints about salary. They also give you bonus in the month of February which is a part of the profit the company has earned in that financial year.
Security wise it’s the best place to work for all women employees. The policies are very strict for any kind of misbehavior with female employees.
JP Morgan Chase takes care of its employees very well.
There are different types of healthy food options available. They also provide sodexo cards which has a daily limit of INR 75/- and the good part is that it is not deducted from your salary.
Now lets talk about hygiene. The pantry is very clean and the staff is also very helpful. There is a supervisor who frequently checks food which is in the display, if it is fresh or not.
The cafeteria is very classy. They have a different counter for bakery products and also have Subway.
The toilets are also very smartly designed and cleaned on a regular basis. They have hand soaps, sanitizer, tissue paper rolls and face towels everything that you need.
There is a medical room where you can take rest if you are not well. There is a doctor available 24/7.
JP also arranges for a home drop within half an hour if you are not well.
Now lets talk about the work environment. JP Morgan Chase is a reputed company and that’s how they treat their employees, with all the respect and attention that one deserves.
If you have any concerns, just walk up to your manager and voice it out and it will be taken care of.
You are required to wear business formals on week days and you can wear casuals on weekends.
I have worked with other companies like Intelenet, Tech Mahindra, TCS etc but I found JPMorgan Chase THE BEST amongst all. I truly love this company.
