THREE DAYS OF UTTER SUFFERING with JRJ Logistics. We were just a little short of filing a Police Complaint against them for Harassment, Extortion, Theft, Confiscating our furniture & asking more than Double payment(citing increased costs, even after full evaluation & Quotations). Most dreadful days of our lives using JRJ Logistics. Directors will scream at you, stating that their staff and himself had to be hospitalized since we repeatedly called for their shoddy management. Invoices issued are without Taxation(is that not against law?). They stop answering your phone and threaten you asking for 100% upfront payments else goods will be sent to their warehouse (forget their first commitment of 50% upon delivery).
EVEN THE DOCUMENTS OF GOODS IN THEIR POSSESSION WAS NEVER SENT AND WE HAVE NO CLUE WHAT COULD BE MISSING.
Most HORRENDOUS, PATHETIC and UNPROFESSIONAL PROPLE AND COMPANY ENCOUNTERED IN OUR LIFE. NEVER EVER DARE TAKE THEIR SERVICES.
