Judwa 2 is nothing more than a mediocre. A bunch of punchlines, PJs and a lot of energy stacked up on a weak plot line, that’s judwa 2 in a nutshell for you. Some might find it hilarious others may not.
The story goes like this: A smugger who goes by the name Charles, played by Zakir Hussain, kidnaps one of the twins after their birth, who later grow up in London and Mumbai and are named Prem and Raj, both played by Varun Dhawan. They both behave in a similar manner(yes, just like the old bollywood concept), i.e., when one is hit, the counter-part gets a blow as well, when one kisses a lady the other does it too, and that is the main plot here. Varun has played his character as usual with a lot of energy and a lot of over acting which goes without saying. The roles played by Jacqueline and Tapsee have very weak characters in the movie, they are more like just heat raisers in the movies.
While some might find it funny, I personally didn’t as the punchlines didn’t make me giggle nor did the plot amaze me.
