I have been using Jugnoo auto 5-6 times and on that basis I would like to share few drawbacks of there services.Firstly, the behavior of auto drivers is not good. They don’t even response our request. For booking of 1 ride I have to wait 15-20 min and many times they rejected my request.Secondly, they refuses to visit on desired location from where we want to start our ride. The number of autos is also low, means demand is high but services is low. They are not able to deliver every customers. But one thing is good about Jugnoo is that the fare charges is very cheap in compare to other local autos.The only thing they need to improve more is to improve there services. This is my personal experience, many of them have different views about jugnoo autos.
