I don’t know why they start this auto Service in Bangalore if they start they should give services. Whenever I open Junnoo app in my mobile No auto available if it is there also he want come because of long pickup distance. I tried show many times once I got the auto I don’t how? For starting the trip Auto uncle took 3 to 4 minutes because he don’t know how to start after that when we come to end the trip system showed some other fare and in my mobile app some other fares. I try to call customer care but not able to call at last I give wrong fare. When I entered in my home I thought to write mail till know they didn’t reply my mail. I don’t why they start this service in Bangalore they should choose some village or small city there only jugnoo app is successful because they have only few auto.
My simple think is that you should increase your Auto service like Ola with better offer for customer and drivers.
