And just like any other app it has its own wallet and you can add PAYTM as in payment method or else you can pay cash. Thanks jugnoo they didn’t gave credit card or debit card option. Because how will sounds like paying auto wala with debit/atm/credit card. But I know after few time you will find this payment mode in jugnoo(my instincts).
Till now I took more than rides via jugnoo. For first few time was bit awkward calling driver and explaining him my current location and telling him to come at specific point. After few time I got use to it. Everything narrow down to rates what they offer. It is mostly the same what local auto wala offer us. From my past experiences I can say its mostly lower then local auto walas. These guys are more reliable than others because they know their activities is been tracked online via GPS.
My recent encounter was on 5th march where its raining heavily and I was standing under metro stations shade. When I asked local auto they were charging 100Rs extra to what I normally pay. My mobile battery was low. But took risk to start gps and book auto via jugnoo at 1.3X charges. Jugnoo auto wala asked me to come on other side of road because it was heavy traffic there. I travelled to other side. Auto wala took long route due to traffic and dropped me to my location in just 20 minutes which is normal time when I take shorter root. When the final bill is made I was surprise. The amount was same as I use to pay local auto wala normally although I hired jugnoo at 1.3X rate and the root taken was long than normal.
