I tried jugnoo twice in Gurgaon. First day on 4th October from sector 31 to sector 103 in Gurgaon. During travel all the time the auto driver told us, that he will not get back any reverse pickup from that location. Although I clearly book auto using app where I showed my destination as sector 103. He told us if he had known our destination, he would have cancelled it from his side. The next day we saw this practically. We book auto again from sector 31 to sector 103 on 5th October. The auto came to us. Once we sit inside the auto he asked us where we want to go. Once I told sector 103. He frowned his eyes and bluntly told us that he will not go there and immediately cancel our ride from his side. Looking at this I came to know jugnoo has no control over his driver. They are not solving customer problem by using app and fair treatment. They have same old auto driver who can rudely behave with customer and will go only if the destination is profitable. In my view if government can not check these app based company. They should cancelled their licence.
