I have booked jugnoo auto service in Nagpur many times . I prefer jugnoo autos over local autos for long distances. Sometimes there are offers and we can get discount on ride.I usually book their sevice during exam to reach exam center. When they were new in Nagpur price was as low as ₹ 3 to ₹4 per km but now they have increased price.
Sometimes when I book auto they simply reply my call saying sir we are far away from your location and can’t reach .
Another problem about jugnoo is their autos are rarely available during morning time.
I request jugnoo autos to improve their services by increasing number of autos.
