My previous review about Khakee didnt come in the top five or thirty, I dont know why. I hope this one will come.....This is the first time I am experiencing this problem.....I am actually writing this review to check it out.....
INTRODUCTION
Oh my God! I saw this movie. I cant believe that I did. Why am I wasting money on craps like this. I didnt see Chameli because I thought it was too stupidic, but this one is beyond description. The movie has nothing good enough to view. Who could consider this a good movie?
Bollywood seems to be following the path of Tum, Girl friend, Murder etc and making movies on erotic topics frequently. Now Madhoshi is going to be released, I dont know what these guys are doing, but this seemed the worst among the movies.
THE MOVIE
Actually, is there something to say about the movie? Except for some skin show, nothing is there. The plot is too stupidic and in each and every part of the movie, we can see flaws. The songs are adjustable. “Hum Tumse Dil” and “Dhadkan Ho Gaye” are not very bad and Ishq Tezab was really good. But they surely could have been better.....If some one asks me to write a book, I will write about 1001 reasons not to see this movie - a typical idiotic story.
THE PLOT
Julie, a typical, loveable girl residing in Goa, is in love with Neel (Yash Tonk). But after an intimate love and respect, he leaves her in search for achieving bigger things in life including a better girl. Julie decides to start life fresh again, forgetting the bloody boyfriend and shifts to Mumbai, where her childhood friend resides.
Julie gets a secretarial job in a construction company and she does some good work there. Then she meets Rohan (Sanjay Kapoor). Julie starts loving him and he too seems to like him and the love story goes on and on......
But later, after Rohan asks Julie spend a night with a client for a big contract, this stupid girl takes another profession, prostitution. WOW! It seems so easy.
Mihir Shandilya (Priyanshu Chatterjee), the most eligible bachelor in town (atleast they calls him so), is invited by a television for an interview. During the talks, he is asked about his marriage and he says that he has a mystery girl in his life (There is no bigger mystery than this movie).
Julie (Neha Dhupia) is that mystery woman (Thats why she reveals herself like mystery?). However, she is unnerved by the program and wants to reveal the secret to the world that she is a prostitute, something that Mihir and his family members who loves her very much and wants her to marry Mihir are unaware of.
Will she reveal her secret? What will be the reaction of Mihir if she does? What will his family members think about it? Will they accept her? Will Mihir change his decision to marry her? What about Neel? or whatever is remaining.....
PERFORMANCES
The movies only speciality is the revealing show by ex-Miss India Neha Dhupia. She seemed to be a student of Anatomy - from her showing body anatomy, I have to say that. Is she trying to follow Malika Sherawat? She did the bikini scene in the flop movie Qayamat and she seems good at revealing only. Her facial expressions and dialogues horrify me.
Her motto seems to be whateer be the condition, I will reveal as well as scare you with my facial expresions. Her face angers me more than anything else these days. Qayamat was still better. She doesnt seem to be changing her style. Whatever be thge condition, she seems to be tlking the same way. Some one give her some other job or the viewers will have to watch her body and be afraid. She is a better choice for vampire movies - she got the looks.....
Sanjay Kapoor is still in Bollywood. I thought he was done long ago. If he is forced to act in this movie, I have to say, he has nothing else to do. But his acting was not very bad at all, even with some flaws on the process. Priyanshu Chatterjee and Yash Tonk have done their part well, but the movie they selected is not the best to show their talent.
CONCLUSION
It is the mass body shows in the trailers and videos that attract people to the movie. They seems to have said hell no to the movies suitable for family viewing. I am waiting for the release of Dhoom. I hope it can help me forget about this queen of craps called Julie. Only if you are looking to see an idiotic body, dare to watch this movie.....or you may break the set if seen in VCD/DVD player.....
