I had placed an order for a MacBook eshop12.com, after I saw the vendor listed on Junglee, which I had understood, might have done some due diligence before listing a Vendor on its site. Also when one sees an advertisement on a national platform, one tends overlook a lot of facts. The order was placed for a the price paid was INR 54, 999, the NEFT was done on 23/12/2014 - I went ahead with an NEFT because the only other option was sending this vendor a DD( no COD available) .
Today I sit on 27/03/2015, without a laptop, unsure about my money and Junglee tells me it is merely a price comparison site and that they would try to reach to the Vendor but I should try an alternative recourse as well, like raising a dispute( which is possible only in case of a fraudulent transaction) .
Junglee meanwhile has conveniently delisted the vendor. My bigger grouse is, Junglee is an Amazon company, and I have been communicating with Amazon & Junglee of twitter and they now seem to be taking me in circles.
