Junglee.com as the name suggests is an ecommerce website for buying products online. Unlike its competitors like flipkart, snapdeal etc Junglee.com is not upto the marks. It is not reliable in terms of the service provided.
Once I had ordered a product which took almost 15 days to get delivered. Even when I had called the customer service center to ask why they are taking time to deliver my product then I dint get any good response from them.
Though this site can be used to search or browse new products in the market and also for price comparisons , I would not recommend this to all. I would like Junglee.com to make improvements considering my above mentioned points. Thanks !
