Exactly one year ago(Sep-2012) my mother had a stroke and she was rushed by my wife to Jupiter. The treatment - thrombosis - was immediately explained and started to avoid further damage to the brain or to recover the brain cells if they are not badly damaged.
Time is critical in such situations. The team was experienced and was quick to take decisions & appropriate actions. Though she lost her ability to speak and move her right side she can walk with the help of walking stick.
Thane and its people are blessed to have Jupiter Hospitals in their town. I do not have to rush to Mumbai for any critical treatment. If I had to rush in the above case she could have gone into coma. I rate Jupiter better than any multi-speciality hospitals in Mumbai be it Bombay Hospital or Hinduja or Lilavati all of where my relatives have been sometime in the past.
Jupiter is anytime better in terms infrastructure including parking, design & layout, quality of rooms, operating theater, ICUs, fire safety, medical professionals, nursing staff, front end staff, managers etc.
