My grandmonther is admitted to this hospital since 17th October, 2016, she is still hospitalized as I write this review. This hospital would rip off your money as much as they can. There have been various instances, where billing was done for medical equipments, which were not actually used. Example, a ventilator lying in my grandmother’s ICU ward was billed, but when I raised that it is not in use, they cancelled the charge. The average medicine from the drug store was around 10K to 14K per day, which includes consumables and medicines, even if you ask for detail, you would not understand the usage of consumables and medicines.
They are very much understaffed in terms of nurses and attendents. Nurses and Attendents both are very rude. They would attend at their own sweet time after pressing the nurse call button.
I had initially got her admitted in Bethany hospital, the total bill for 17 days in Bethany was around 75000. In Jupiter the total bill for the same number of days is 5.5 Lakhs. Even if I discount the 2.3 Lakhs for surgery, it is way beyond expectations.
I also met one other relative of other patient, who had undergone bypass surgery and doctors did not rectify the problem completely and asked the relatives that they would have to do one more surgery. That patient has gone into semi-coma post the treatment. That family has a total bill amounting to 17 Lakhs, although they have approached various trusts, as the amount is way beyond their imagination.
I would never ever recommend this hospital to anyone henceforth. These people would loot you till you die.
