This happened today - 26th FEB 2012, I Bought 3 pastries - 1 Black forest, 1 Pineapple, 1 Blueberry.
Found - black forest pastry rotten when tasted it at home. Others were okay. So, returned to the store to show them. There is one Tall EMPLOYEE of Just BAKE Jayanagar - named Naresh or something - replied.with total INDIFFERENCE. as if it happens everyday. " Oh. GIVE BACK THE MONEY, its OKAY". infuriated I said, this is not the way and its not about money. there was absolutely no APOLOGY. so I left and called the proprietor of Just Bake Jayanagar - Mr Sanjay. Told him about the incident. He assured action from his end and made the employee apologize over a phone call.
But, even after all this I strongly recommend - STAY AWAY from the store and its pastries. its not worth it. NEVER EVER I will buy from Just Bake. Jayanagar always has other options and Sweet Chariot, Amma’s pastries are anytime better choices.
