I was in real need of books for reading a few months ago and I was referred to Justbooks, I picked up the plan of Rs.75/-per reading and used the book for 30days. There was an email stating that you are coming to an end of usage period and I am supposed to return the book back. This was a worst experience I had ever received from a business of this kind, you should promote customers to read books, not promote your company to cheat customers in this cheap way. I please request you not to visit this place and do not enroll for the membership and it is a complete rip off.. You are reading my comment, that it self means, you are think twice before you take this membership. Very Very Bad customer service, untidy staff, poor customer handling skills. They have a stupid call center, with under trained staff and the amount of negative comments, itself means this is a bad service and not for you.
If you have read other reviews and still going for the membership, then you are a fool. Please visit a government library or a simple local library, where you will treated with respect.You will be losing your self esteem for RS.500/- and will become one of us, writing bad reviews of Justbooks - WORST SERVICE EVER FOUND IN INDIA SO FAR..
