Initially was ok experience. Bit costly and but soon, most books were not available (may be I was choosing unavailable books). Also after multiple requests, never got my list of chosen books.
Opted for holiday subscription and while closing my account they kept Rs250 out of my so called ’fully refundable’ Rs 1000 security deposit. I did not have any books and they charged me unnecessarily. I was informed I will not be charged for holiday subscription, but whats the use. They unfairly kept money from my security.
Overall, very unsatisfactory in terms of experience with management and availability of books. It’s better to buy, read and donate.
