I’m a member of justbooks, Malleshwaram since two years.. I joined to read and relax and unwind..
their inflexible rules are causing annoyance.
I had paid membership fee for half year two months back, now I just want to cancel or downgrade the plan, they say they cant refund monthly membership fee and cannot downgrade the plan, till my half year is up.. it seems like paying in advance was a big mistake.....
Also their waiver period policy, I can only start the waiver from the same date that I started my membership..How can one plan holidays keeping library dates in mind and matching the same..
The admin always says its the back-end and we cannot do anything about it..I’m quite disappointed.
