I’ve taken membership from HSR Just books branch. I requested to stop the service temporarily few month ago. Now I went there to activate my membership account. They were saying my account got expired. They even notified me before deactivating the justbooks service. They have shown me records that they sent remainder mail. Strange thing is they have to sent remainder mails to wrong address. When they updated my profile they entered wrong information. Now, they were literally asking me to pay the amount from the period I temporarily stopped. Their responses are very rude.
Pathetic service. The person supposed to manage the place/books does not seem to know much.
