Pl dont return books when their bloody system is down, and they offer the help of them updating in their system that uv returned the book!they r just cheating u!their system shown im holding their magazine, when I know iv returned it!
And they want me to cough up Rs500, 3months book holding fee! Thats almost half my membership amount for a bloody magazine that iv returned already, but their system doesn’t show up!n when I say I would want to discontinue my membership coz of this experience, they dont want to give back my refundable deposit sayign that their system shows I am holding a magazine with me!!
Its annoying! they dont have good collection of books.our request for delivery of books never done on time! such a waste of time!!!its better I buy books and read!rather than spoiling my mood and time fighting with their representatives!
they dont even have the courtesy to speak politely to their customers..our money is being held back, and they treat us like we r beggars, asking them for their hard earned money!!! sick!
