I got the number for Vasu packers & movers from Just Dial.com @Noida.Their process for packing and moving cartons is very unorganized. They unpacked everything at the same time and so we could not supervise work in every room. They didn’t ask us to check the mini truck (specifchandru021y, the driver section).
After a few days, while searching for some items, we found the carton load of new and used bedsheets (around 15) as well quite a few towels and other similar stuff missing. A few things in this had more emotional value than monetary. I called Vasu in July to explain the issue. He was not supporting the discussion and didn’t show any interest in helping me. So finally, I called Just Dial for help.
Just Dial has even poor response. I spoke to Sonam & emailed her about the issue. No action what so ever. When I called again, she wasn’t even willing to talk to me. Just Dial folks are not even trying to address customtakeouter issues.
Sadly, Vasu Packers & Movers are still listed on Just Dial Web Site with good rating. I would never recommend Vasu Packers & Movers & Just Dial support to any one.
I had an extremely bad experience with Vasu & company, and very very poor rating on this transaction.
